Thank you for your support!
The third annual Barrel to Keg Relay will be held on Saturday July 13th, 2013. Starting at the Harris Bridge Vineyard in Philomath, Oregon, this scenic relay goes through the beautiful back country of the Oregon Coast Range, crosses over the majestic Yaquina Bay Bridge and finishes at the famous Rogue Ales Brewery at Newport’s South Beach Marina. Teams of 2, 4, and 6 runners split the 111K (69 mile) distance over 12 legs. Teams of 2, 3, 4 or 6 walkers cover 6 legs (51K). Solo ultra runners are welcome, too.
Event proceeds benefit Community Services Consortium (CSC), a public non-profit helping people overcome poverty!
POTTY LOTTERY ANNOUNCED!
Willy Wonka had his Golden Tickets. The Barrel to Keg Relay is offering something better — Potty Tickets. We’re having a raffle - a Potty Lottery — giving away tickets that permit you to jump to the front of the line at the porta-potties. For only a $5 donation to CSC, your team gets a chance to win six Potty Tickets that can be redeemed during the 2013 B2K Relay. You may purchase as many $5 chances as you’d like. Just send a check by July 1st to Community Services Consortium, 120 NE Avery St, 2nd Floor, Newport, OR 97365, Attn: B2K. The winning team will be announced on July 7th, and will receive their “Golden” tickets on July 13th.
