For more than 20 years, Community Services Consortium has been providing home weatherization to low-income individuals and families in Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties, in order to increase energy savings, by reducing wintertime heating costs, and to make homes more comfortable. We do this through our federally-funded Weatherization Assistance Program.
Our weatherization services are free. We partner with local utility companies to improve the energy efficiency of homes in our area. Weatherization keeps homes warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer and can save money on utility bills.
Though every home is unique in its weatherization needs, CSC Weatherization performs the following assessments to identify energy-related problems in the home, and work is performed by our in-house crews:
Eligibility for CSC Weatherization depends on household income and is available to both homeowners and renters, with their landlord’s approval.
